How It's Calculated

We use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, or the Cunningham formula if body-fat % is provided, for higher accuracy. Your BMR is multiplied by an activity factor and TEF (Thermic Effect of Food) is added. Goal adjustments are ~15%.
